- Led the development of Wekollet's Product Requirement Document (PRD), product strategy, and go-to-market strategy, aligning business goals with user needs and market realities.
- Supervised the construction and operational setup of Sakula's plastic pellet processing factory, coordinating engineers and local artisans to ensure seamless integration between physical infrastructure, processing equipment, and digital workflows.
- Managed execution timelines and cross-functional dependencies using Trello, improving visibility, accountability, and delivery efficiency across product and operations teams.
Product Manager (Market Research & Strategy)
Sunfi
Led an independent product-led market research initiative to evaluate SunFi's position, adoption potential, and differentiation opportunities in Nigeria's solar energy market.

- Led in-depth market research and a primary user survey (69 respondents within 48 hours) to assess SunFi's market position, user perception, and key adoption barriers in Nigeria's solar energy market.
- Identified critical user pain points and growth opportunities, including high upfront solar costs, unreliable grid power, diesel dependency, and onboarding friction, informing actionable product and UX recommendations.
- Conducted competitive and strategic analysis, using SWOT and Porter's Five Forces, uncovering differentiation gaps in financing models, onboarding experience, and brand clarity to support product-led growth and market expansion.
